Valueline 3.0
I just signed up for a 3 month trial of Valueline Investment Analyzer 3.0
I have used Valueline on a limited basis for last couple of years at the library... but finding time to hang out at the library proves very difficult these days. So I thought, what the hell, why don't I try the 3 month trial and see if I actually use it. We shall see.
If you don't know anything about Valueline.. you should check it out. Grab your favorite stock and go to the library. Most local branches have a copy behind the counter..
My interest in Valueline is less for their ranking and more for the historical info about a stock.. (financial condition, return on equity, debt, rev trends, equity trends, p/e, business description, etc..)
My experience with the software has been mixed. Its cool to be able to pull up info on a company at any moment. Grabbing weekly updates is a snap. But the software itself is a bit archaic. The user interface isn't great. I really think they need to beef up development. This service could be so much cooler if they only focused on technology..
